Hanging Your Drop:
Use clamps to hang it on a backdrop stand or a backdrop support system. These do not have a pole pocket.
Care & Cleaning:
The backdrops are super user friendly. Just take a damp cloth with water.
Note:
For the request of the customs , the item can not be too big, so we have to fold the cloth to meet the request, please iron out the cloth when you receive the item, thank you for your understanding.
In order to facilitate transport and packaging, will be folded cloth background shipments, resulting in creased;
Do not worry, do not affect to use, recovery method as follows:
1. Cloth material, can use the iron, pressing the back;
2. Roll it up tightly with a cylinder, and waiting for 3-4 days.
If you feel the backdrops not high definition, will some blurred,so need distance to take pictures. Also many large format images may seem a little pixelated when you view it up close but I make sure that only suitable images are used for the drops to provide the most realistic look possible.Please keep in mind that all computer screens vary in color calibration.

All backgrounds are made in China and are printed at the time of order. The customer custom backdrop,Please plan for a turnaround time of approx. 3 days for printing and shipping.
Items will ship from China send by USPS(except for multi order).In usual,it will take about 7-15 days.To some remote areas may take more than 20 working days.

Returns:

If returning item(s) must be in original condition (unused in any way) and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
